I Vallentin Linginfilter of Piny Runn hundrad in Fridrick County in Stat of Maryland Yeomen being Very old and weak in and Sick in Body but of perfect mind and memory thanks be Given unto God do mak and Publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say I give and bequeath unto my beloved Wife Margreth Linginfilter befor hand all her houshold Gots or Stuff wich she brought to me and one Cow and two hogs and the ____ wich we will be mak ___ or is on hand to mak and the half flax which I hath the provisions wich is in my affar the (Vandue? or Value?) shal be her and Eighty pounds Lawfull money from my plantation from the first payments she shall also have and further it is my will that my sat wife Margreth shall have fifteen Ackrs of land and the hous wich I live with ____ and all refinments wich is inc. and that adjoin land of Christian Sterner so long she livf or my Widow is and if my sad wife is maret or Deceased my Executors shall Sale this Sat land given a gut Deed in my Nam and the money to my Children further is my will that my sat Wife Shall have the Intrest from one hundred and fifty pounds Yearly and every year so long she live or my Widow is from the money from my Plantation my Executors Shal give to my sat Widow this abov sat Intrest and if she Marry or Deceast this said Money Shall be give to my Childrens further is my will that the Res of my Plantation Shal be Sale after I Deceast from my Executors and she shall give a gut Deed in my nam and the money give to my Childrens further is that my will and give or have give to my Aldes son Peter Lingenfalder the Sum of Seventy three pounds Lawful Money and now mor further I give and bequeath to my Dater Matlan no the Wif of Stopl Nagl the sum of fifteen Shillings and now mor I Give and bequeath to my Dater Cathrina Lingenfilder the sum of One hundred Pounds lawfull Money and no mor. I give and bequeath to my Dater Catrin her Dater Elizabeth the sum of ten pounds further I Give to the Rest of my Other Children my son George Lingenfilder and my Dater Anna Mary no Wif of Henry Zimmerman and my son Michal Lingenfilder and my son John Lingenfilder and my Dater Elizabeth no the wif of Frederick Nagel the fivf Children tem is that shall have the Rest of my Estat in Equaly shars made of my Estate to the Naming aforsaid. And Lastly I do hereto appoint and Nominate my Trusty friend Valentin Erhard and my son John Linginfilter to be Executors of this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all formaer wills by me made. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the Twenty Five (or Firs) Day of January One Tousent Eight Hundred and Seven. Signed Sealed Published and Delivered by the abov named Valtin Lingenfilter to be his last will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses in the presence and on the request of the Testator VIZ the above Sat Fivf Children George and Anna Mary and Michael and John and Elizabeth shall haf the res of my Real and persanel Estat. Frederick County to wit on the 12th day of October 1807 Then came John Lingenfelter and made Oath on the holy Evangels of Almighty God that the foregoing Instrument of writing is the True whole will and Testament of Valentine Lingenfelter late of Frederick County Deceased that hath come to his hands and posession and that he Doth not know of any other. ____ Butler Reg."
