Sauble, deceased In the name of God Amen. I Mary M. Sauble of Carroll County in the State of Maryland, being in declining health of body, but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding, considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof, and being desirous to settle my worldly affairs before it shall please God to call me hence, do therefore make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following , that is to say, First and principally I commit my soul into the hands of Almighty God and my body to the earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my executrix hereinafter named and after my debts and funeral charges are paid. I give and bequeath as follows 1st Item. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Cinderilla Manahan (wife of F. T. Manahan) the sum of One hundred and eighty five dollars, out of which she shall pay all of my debts and funeral expenses, including suitable tombstones at my grave, and the remaining part of said sum of $185.00 if any there be, shall go to her the said Cinderilla Manahan as a specially legacy, exclusively for her own use and benefit. 2nd Item. I give and bequeath unto my four grand children, Clara Scott(wife of Abm. Scott), Ada Manahan, Elsie R. Zepp and Sadie M. Zepp each the sum of twenty five dollars. 3rd Item. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Cinderilla Manahan the sum of fifty dollars. 4th Item. I give and bequeath unto my grand daughter Sadie M. Zepp my best bedspread and beding. 5th Item. I give and bequeath unto my grand daughter Elsie R. Zepp my best beauro. 6th Item. I direct that all the rest and residue of my entire estate shall be divided into two equal parts and I give and bequeath unto my daughter Cinderilla Manahan one of said parts, and the remaining one of said parts I give and bequeath unto the five children of my deceased daughter Iowa F. Zepp to be divided equally among them share and share alike. 7th Item. I hereby authorize and empower my executrix hereinafter named to sell all my articles of personal property at public sale, and to collect all monies owing to me, and to perform all duties that may be necessary in the settling up of my estate. 8th Item. All (?) and erasures in the writing of this my last will and testament were made previous to the signing of the same. Lastly, I do hereby (?) and appoint my daughter Cinderilla Manahan to be sole executrix of this my last will and testament revoking and annulling all former wills by me heretofore made, ratifying and confirming this and none other to be my last will and testament.
