He died in 1884 in Carroll County ------------------ The 1st and final account of Levi Snyder, Administrator of Jacob Snyder, late of Carroll County, deceased, Settled in the Orphan’s Court of Carroll County, February 17th, 1885. This accountant charges himself with the appraised value of goods and chattels of his Intestate, according to the Inventory thereof returned to said Court, February 11th 1884. To-wit. $541.65 And with the gain made on Sale of said goods and chattels over their appraised value, according to the lists of Sales returned Mch 17” 1884 and February 17th, to 1885, to-wit 71.46 And with interest recd on Sale notes given at Sale of said goods and Chattels, to wit. 1.82 And with the following sums of money recd from the following persons, Being debts due deceased, mentioned in the list of Debts returned February 11th 1884 – viz From Jacob A. Humbert, on account $ 1.00 “ Josiah Wentz “ 47.17 “ Frederick L. Yingling “ 7.70 55.87 And with the money left by Intestate at his death, accord- ing to the Inv’y of Money returned February 11th, 1884. Add’l list of Sales, per rect apps 1.00 Ten per cent commission allowed accountant by the Orphan’s Court on $980.96, amount of charges in this account 98.09 Paid J. Oliver Wadlow, Reg’r, fee for slating, recording &c. This account and copy 6.43 461.18 Balance due Estate for distribution $519.78 Maryland Carroll County, to wit. On the 17th day of February in the year 1885, before the Orphan’s Court of Carroll County, came Levi Snyder, administrator of Jacob Snyder, deceased, and in open Court, made Oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God, that the aforegoing account is just and true, and Stated, to the best of his Knowledge and belief; and that he has paid or secured to be paid the several sums for which he has prayed an allowance; which, upon due examination is passed by Said Orpahn’s Court.
