Biles. The following jury were summoned by Thomas Alexander, Constable, James Marnes, Isreal Reynolds, Ehlia T. Kirk, Charles Biles, Thomas McCollough, Isreal Griffith, John Ewing, Wm B. Alexander, Stephen Gilbert, Nathan Tyson and John T. Moody were all sworn in the affirmed by me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace of the State of Maryland in and for Cecil County. Signed Levi Hall Do report that James Steel, Jr. came to his death by intemperance and exposure to riotney? on hands.
