Fournes?? and Margaret, his wife, John Linden?? and Martha, his wife and Mary Wilcox and William of William Wilcox all of Philadelphia Co. Pa. William Wilcox was in his lifetime siezed and possessed of a certain tract of land in Cecil County, Md. containing 19 1/2 acres that was conveyed by Richard Simpson to Wm Wilcox by deed 1 March 1814. Recorded in JS 10 Folio 250 Cecil County Land Records and being siezed Wm Wilcox departed 5 August 1838 intestate leaving as heirs at large your orators, Frisby H. Wilcox, Margaret Torrens???, wife of Wm Torrens?? Martha Linden?? wife of John and Elizabeth Steel, wife of John Steel and Susan Mullin, wife of John Mullin. And your orator would further charge that the said John Mullin and Susan Mullin since the death of the said William Wilcox and in the lifetime of the said John Mullin and the said Susan since the death of John Mullin have resided on the said real estate and engaged the same in that paying any rent to your orator or accounted for any sales of timber or any profits of said real estate to your orators.
