Benjamin Winslow is seized of and possessed in a part of a tract of land called New Munster, he has the authority and power to sell the same. Beginning at a Spanish Oak standing on the main branch of the Elk river thence South 57 degrees, West 146 perches thence South 186 perches, East 280 perches, North 33 degrees, West 90 perches, North 50 degrees, West 43 perches, North 67 degrees, East 35 perches, North 22 degrees, East 96 percdhes, North 73 degrees, West 92 perches to place of beginning. Containing and resurveyed 166 acres 120 perches of land to be the same the said Winslow puchased of Nicholas Donnell of Cecil County, Md. Deed dated 25 March 1738 Benjamin Winslow for 170 pounds current money doth sell to John Steel this parcel of land.
