John Steel is lawfully siezed and possessed of a certain piece or parcel of land being part of a tract called New Munster and has the authority to sell.(a description follows which is the same meets and bounds as described in Book 6 Folio 46) John Steel for 170 pounds current money to him in hand paid by Archibald Steel doth sell to Archibald Steel.
