Abstracted from Cecil Co. MD Deed Book 5  p. 25

This indenture made this fifth day of february in the year of our Lord one 
thousand seven hundred thirty two Between William Boulding of Cecil County in 
the province of Maryland of the one part and Alexander Boulding of same… that 
for and in consideration of the sum of fifty pounds Current money of Maryland 
to him in hand paid the said William Boulding doth bargain and sell all that 
plantation now in the possession of him Alexander Boulding with the Land 
belonging to the same butted and bounded as followeth beginning in the fork of 
St. Thomas his branch thence up the main branch as far as Booker’s land runs 
and according to the bounds of the said Bookers Land till it Intersects Thos. 
Bouldings land thence along that Intersection to the first beginning Containing 
one hundred and fifty acres be it more or less …
