WITNESSTH, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY ($250.00) Dollars, to her in hand paid by the said party of the second part at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, HAS GRANTED, AND BY THESE PRESENTS DOES GRANT unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of land, situate lying and being at Andora, in the Fourth Election District of Cecil County aforesaid, and bounded and described as follows:- BEGINNING for the same on the East side of the road leading from Andora to Fair Hill at a corner of William McAllister’s land, and running thence by and with McAllister’s land in an easterly direction three hundred and sixteen feet and nine inches, thence in a westerly direction two hundred and sixty five fee four inches to the public road aforesaid, and thence in a northerly direction by and with said public road one hundred feet to the place of BEGINNING, CONTAINING TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED AND NINETY SQUARE FEET, of land, more or less it being a part of the land which was conveyed unto the said Margaret E McFadden by Henry H McFadden, et al, by deed dated the 5th day of May, AD, 1915, and now of record in Liber CK, No 10, folio 162, one of The Land Record Books for Cecil County aforesaid. TOGETHER with all and singular the lands, tenements, hereditaments, rights, alleys, ways waters, privileges, appurtenances and advantages, to the same belonging, or in any wise appertaining. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described and hereby granted premises, and every part and parcel of the same, together with the rights, privileges, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the said party of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns, FOREVER IN FEE SIMPLE.
