Witneforth that in consideration of the sum of two hundred and Seventy five dollars, we the said William C Scarborough and Ann E Scarborough his wife, do grant unto Mary S Arbuckle wife of Daniel Arbuckle of Cecil County aforesaid, all that lot or parcel of land situate at Andora in County aforesaid, which said William C Scarborough purchases of George Crosson and wife by deed dated June 10th 1865 and Recorded in Liber WHR No 7 folio 678, one of the Land Record Books of Cecil County aforesaid, and is contained within the following courses and distances. Beginning for the same at two stones set in the ground on the West side of the public road from Elkton to Fair Hill, and running thence North Seventy seven degrees West eleven and eight tenths perches to a stone, thence North eight degrees East six perches and sixteen hundredth of a perch to a stone, thence South Eighty eight degrees East Eleven and four tenths perches to a stone on the West side of said public road, thence by said road South three degrees fifty minutes West seven and six tenths perches to Beginning.
