One yoke of Brown White faced oxen, eight milch cows, seven Steers, fifteen heifers, three calves, one dark brown horse, one bay horse, one light bay mare “Minnie”, one light bay mare “Fannie”, one dark Brown mare, one dark brown Colt two years old, one light bay yearling colt, twelve head of sheep (one buck and eleven ewes), one mowing machine, six ploughs, one Buck-eye horse rake, one roller, three two horse wagons, four harrows, one Germantown wagon, one market wagon, one two seated carriage, one falling top wagon, one sulky, one endless chain horse power, one thrasher, one wheat drill, one grain fan, one corn sheller, one set of double harness, one set of single harness, two sets of double working harness, two sets of single working harness, one thousand bushels of corn, fifteen tons of Hay, twelve shoats, one Cabinet Organ, one dozen parlor chairs, two sofas, three Marbletop tables, one dozen rush bottom chairs, one open coal stove, one wood stove, one Cooking Stove, two tables, one dozen common chairs, eight feather beds and bedding, eight mattresses, eight bedstands, eight marbletop bureaux, eight marbletop wash stands, eight towel racks, one case of woolen goods, one hat rack, one large stuffed rocking chair, about one hundred and fifty yards of Carpet, about one hundred and twenty yards of oil cloth and all my household and Kitchen furniture, said property being now in my possession on the farm now occupied by me near Cherry Hill in Cecil County aforesaid. Provided that if I the said Daniel Arbuckle shall pay to the said William A Simpson and Benjamin M Simpson partners as aforesaid, the said sum of Five Thousand dollars with the interest thereon from this date, on or before the ninth day of January in the year eighteen hundred and seventy three then these presents shall be void.
