Witnesseth, that in consideration of Three Hundred Fifty dollars the said John Egnor and Joseph Egnor do grant unto Hiram McCullough of Cecil County Maryland in fee, All their right title and interest in and to all that Tract or parcel of Land situate lying and being in Cecil County aforesaid being part of the Real Estate whereof of John Egnor late of said County died seized, and that part thereof which was conveyed to Caroline Egner, Joseph Egner, John Egner, Jacob Egner and Hannah Catharine Egner by Adam Whann, Henry H Gilpin and John Underwood certain Commissioners appointed by the Court of Chancery of Maryland to value and divide the Real Estate of John Egnor deceased by Deed bearing date the twelfth day of May in the year of Our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fifty two and Recorded in Liber GMC No 10 folio 27, one of the Land Record Books of Cecil County aforesaid to which said Deed for the courses and distances and a more full particular and accurate description of the said Tract or parcel of Land reference is hereby particularly made. And the said John Egnor and Joseph Egnor covenant that they will Warrant specially the property hereby conveyed. And the said John Egnor and Joseph Egnor covenant that they will Execute such further assurances as may be requisite. Witness my hand and seal John Egnor Joseph Egnor Test Wm Hanes State of Maryland Cecil County, To Wit I hereby Certify that on this Sixteenth day of October in the Year One Thousand Eight hundred and fifty six before the subscriber a Justice of the peace of the State of Maryland in and for Cecil County personally appeared John Egnor and Joseph Egnor and acknowledged the foregoing Deed to be their Act.
