W Rice and Catherine Rice his wife, James Packingham and Elizabeth Packingham his wife all of Butnam County in State of Illinois, Witnessth that in consideration of thirty seven dollars and fifteen cents, paid them by Ranseler Biddle of Cecil County and State of Maryland, they do grant unto the said Ransaler his heirs and assigns all their interest in and to a certain part of a tract or parcel of land situate in Cecil County aforesaid which was conveyed to the said Ransalere Biddle by Henry Hess by Deed dated the fifteenth day of June Eighteen hundred and Sixty to which said Deed recorded among the Land Records of Cecil County aforesaid in Liber WHR, No 2, Folio 603 reference is hereby made for a more full and particular description of said land.
