The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. http://www.usgwarchives.net *********************************************************************** Cecil County Land Record Book, Liber HWL, Number 1, Folio 297 THIS DEED, made this Twenty Seventh day of May, in the year Nineteen Hundred and Twenty, by Daniel T Arbuckle and Mary C Arbuckle, his wife, of Cecil County, in the State of Maryland, WITNESSTH, That for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred and Seventy Five Dollars, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said Daniel T Arbuckle and Mary C Arbuckle, have granted and conveyed, and by these presents do grant convey unto William T McAllister, of the same County and State, all that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Andora, in the Fourth Election District of Cecil County aforesaid, and bounded and described as follows:- BEGINNING for the same on the East side of the road leading from Andora to Fair Hill, at a corner of the said William T McAllister’s land, and running thence by and with said McAllister’s land in an Easterly direction three hundred and sixteen feet and nine inches, thence in a Southerly direction with lands of Millicent Tong seventy four feet and seven inches, thence in a Westerly direction two hundred and sixty five feet and four inches to the public road aforesaid, and thence in a Northerly direction, by and with said road one hundred feet to theplace of beginning, containing twenty five thousand, three hundred and ninety square feet of land, more or less, it being the same lot or parcel of land which was conveyed to the said Daniel T Arbuckle by Margaret E McFadden, by deed dated the 3rd day of October, 1916, and recorded in Liber CSP, No 1, folio 198, one of the Deed Record Books of Cecil County, to which said deed and the deeds and papers therein mentioned reference is hereby made for a more accurate description of the property hereby conveyed. TOGETHER with the buildings and improvements thereon, the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above granted property unto the said William T McAllister, his heirs and assigns, forever, in fee simple. As witness our hands and seals the day and year first herein written.
