For 5 pounds money and 800 pound tobacco to him in hand, paid by Joseph Steel. Bordering Thomas Sharp land. Beginning at the Southeast corner of Thomas Sharp's land being part of the same tract and running from thence according to the courses of the patent until it intersects with Robert Holy's Northeast line. Containing 72 acres more or less, to have and to hold the 70 acres of upland marsh, cripple or meadow ground and premises together with the land above mentioned.
