Written: April 8, 1757

BILL OF SALE DATED 4/8/57 CECIL COUNTY LAND RECORDS JS 8 FOLIO 447
WALTER KERR of Milford 100, Cecil County Maryland, farmer, for the sum of 27 
pounds current money of Penna to me in hand by WILLIAM STEELE of Lancaster 
County, Penna., farmer. WALTER delivers 1 dark mare 9 years old, 1 dark mare 2 
years old, bay mare 7 years, 1 red cow 5 years, one black and white cow 3 
years old, 2 lambs, 1 ram all marked with High K Brand and numerous 
housekeeping goods.
Witnesses: THOMAS SHARP AND FRANCES CARRUTHERS
