Cecil County Land Record Book, Liber MD, Number 4, Folio 243

THIS DEED, made this Seventeenth day of February, in the year Nineteen Hundred 
and Six, by Martha E Porter, of the State of Delaware.
WITNESSTH, That in consideration of the sum of Nineteen Hundred Dollars, the 
said Martha E Porter doth hereby grant in fee simple, unto Mollie D Arbuckle, 
wife of Paul T Arbuckle, the following described tract, piece or parcel of land, 
located in the Third Election District of Cecil County, near the village of 
Cherry Hill, which was conveyed unto Martha E Porter, by William T Warburton, 
Trustee, by his deed dated on the 11th day of November, in the year 1898, and 
recorded in Liber JGW No 4, folio 108 one of the Land Record Books of Cecil 
County aforesaid. It being also the same real estate which was conveyed unto 
Richard C Porter by William H Brokaw and Wife, by their deed dated on the 19th 
day of October, in the year 1882, and recorded in Liber JAD No 6 Folio 18, etc, 
one of the Land Record Books of Cecil County aforesaid.  To which said deeds and 
all others therein mentioned, reference is hereby made for a more particular and 
accurate description of said real estate.
TOGETHER with the improvements thereon, and the rights and appurtenances 
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above granted property unto the said Mollie D Arbuckle, 
here heirs and assigns, forever in fee simple.
AS WITNESS her hand and Seal the day and year first above written.

Cecil County, to-wit:
I hereby Certify, That on this Seventeenth day of February, in the year Nineteen 
Hundred and Six, before me, the subscriber, a Justice of the Peace of the State 
of Maryland, in and for Cecil County, personally appeared Martha E Porter, and 
acknowledged the aforegoing Deed to be her act.
