Cecil County Land Record Book, Liber SRA, Number 7, Folio 91

THIS DEED, Made this 17th day of April, in the year Nineteen Hundred and Twenty-
Nine, by Mollie D Arbuckle, widow of Paul Arbuckle, formerly of Cecil County, 
State of Maryland and now of Nitro, in the State of West Virginia.
WITNESSTH, That, in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars, current 
money, the said Mollie D Arbuckle doth grant unto Nathan B Karl, of said Cecil 
County, All that piece or parcel of ground, situated in the Town of Elkton, in 
said Cecil County, and described as follows:-
BEGINNING for the same on the east side of Milburn Street and on the northwest 
corner of a lot of land, belonging to the said Nathan B Karl and running thence, 
along the said Street, in a northerly direction, Twenty five feet, thence, at 
right angles to said street in and(sic) easterly direction, One hundred and 
thirteen feet, thence, in a southerly direction parallel with said Milburn 
Street, Twenty five feet and thence, in a westerly direction One hundred and 
thirteen feet to the Beginning; being part of all that piece or parcel of land 
which was conveyed to the said Mollie D Arbuckle by William S Evans, Assignee, 
by Deed dated July 26th, 1918, and recorded in Liber WGP, No 1, Folio 144, one 
of the Land Record Books of said Cecil County.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the said piece or parcel of land with its appurtenances, 
unto the said Nathan B Karl, his heirs and assigns, in fee simple, forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said Grantor has hereunto set her hand and seal on the 
day and year first herein written.

STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA, COUNTY OF KANAWHA, TO WIT:
I hereby certify that on this 17th day of April, 1929, before me, the

County, personally appeared Mollie D Arbuckle, and acknowledged the above and 
aforegoing Deed to be her act.
