WITNESSTH that for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said Mollie D Arbuckle does hereby grant and convey unto Daisy E Karl, of the County of Cecil, State of Maryland, all her right, title and interest in and to all those two adjoining lots or parcels of land situate and lying on the North side of High Street, in the Town of Elkton, Cecil County, Maryland, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING for the first lot at a point ninety-six (96) feet from the southwest corner of the whole lot, of which this is a part, and running thence along High Street Thirty-eight (38) feet, being One Hundred and Twenty-Five (125) feet deep, and containing FORTY SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY (4750) SQUARE FEET OF LAND, more or less, and being Lot No 2 on a plat of lots made by James McCauley and recorded among the Land Records of Cecil County. BEGINNING for the second of said lots at a point on the North side of High Street in said town, being the southwest corner of the first lot above described, and running from thence South Seventy-Three and One-half (73 1/2) degrees West Thirty-eight (38) feet; thence North Sixteen and One-Half (16 1/2) degrees West One Hundred and Twenty-Five (125) feet; thence North Seventy-three and One-half (73 1/2) degrees East Thirty-eight (38) feet to the aforesaid lot, and from thence South Sixteen and One-Half (16 1/2) degrees East One Hundred and Twenty-Five (125) feet to the Place of Beginning BEING part of the same land and premises conveyed unto the said Mollie D Arbuckle by deed from William S Evans, Assignee, dated July 26th, 1918, and recorded among the Land Records of Cecil County in Liber WGP, No 1, Folio 144. TOGETHER WITH the improvements thereon and the rights, ways, privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above granted premises unto the said Daisy E Karl, her heirs and assigns forever, in fee simple. AND the said Grantor hereby agrees to warrant specially the property hereby conveyed and to execute such further assurances of same as from time to time may be requisite.
