One bay Stud Horse, one Gray Mare, one bay horse gelding, one Wagon, two dearborns, one Ox Cart, three sets of Harness, one plow, one Harrow, one black Cow, one Red and White Cow, three shoats, Eighteen sheep, one half of one Fan, one hundred bushels of Corn, two hundred parts White Oak, one Lot of Wood down in the Woods, four acres of Wheat growing, two stoves, four bed steads, four feather beds and bedding, two Bureaus, two Cupboards, one Chest of Drawers, twelve Windsor Chairs, all now in the possession of the said David M Sherer, on the farm Which he purchased from William Magraw. Witness my hand and Seal this thirtieth day of March in the year one thousand Eight hundred and Sixty.
