Witnesseth, That in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred dollars, the said Matthew Borland doth grant and assign unto the said John McCleary, All that piece or parcel of Land and premises, which is described in a Deed of Mortgage from William Henry Drummond and Mary Jane Drummond his wife, to the said Matthew Borland bearing date on the 30th day of June in the year Eighteen hundred and fifty Seven, and Recorded in Liber HHM No 8 folio 464 etc one of the Mortgage & ___ Record Books of Cecil County aforesaid. Said parcel of Land Containing twenty one and one fourth acres of Land More or less. The quantity of interest hereby conveyed, being the interest of the said Matthew Borland in and under the said Mortgage. Witness my hand and seal the day and year aforesaid.
