Being the same property which was conveyed to me by James F Gibbons by Bill of Sale dated the 19th day of October 1858, duly Executed and Recorded among the Records of Cecil County in Liber WHR No 1 folio 473, one of the Mortgage & Record Books of Cecil County aforesaid.
