Witnesseth, that I, David P Cameron, Executor of the last Will and Testament of William Bryson late of Cecil County deceased, under power in said Will contained, in consideration of the sum of two hundred and sixty five dollars, have bargained and sold to Lydia A Biddle, Wife of Ransaler Biddle, (formerly Lydia A Bryson) all that parcel of Land Situate in Cecil County and State of Maryland, of which said deceased died possessed, adjoining lands of Hasson Lynch and others. Containing thirty five acres more or less. And Contained within the following metes and bounds. Beginning at a Stone in the road at the End of fifty three perches in the first line of the whole tract and running thence South forty degrees East, forty five and three tenths perches to a Cherry Tree, thence South twenty one degrees West, five perches to a Hickory Tree, a corner of Abrams land, thence South Sixty five and a half degrees East, forty four and six tenths perches thence South forty nine and a half degrees East, forty one and five tenths perches, thence North thirty six and three fourths degrees East, twenty and nine tenths perches, thence North forty two and a half degrees West, thirty four and four tenths perches to a black Tree, thence North thirty three degrees West, forty three and Eight tenths perches, thence South sixty one and three fourths degrees West, Seventy and one half perches to the place of Beginning.
