Arbuckle of Cecil County Maryland being of sound and disposing mind to make and publish this as my last Will and testament in manner and form following to wit. I direct - 1. That the sum of one hundred dollars shall be safely invested and that it with accumulated interest shall be paid to my grand son Samuel J. Arbuckle Jr one year after my decease 2. I direct that the residue of my estate of which I may die seized be divided into four equal parts which I give devise and bequeath share and share alike, to my four sons, Samuel J. Arbuckle, Daniel T. Arbuckle, Paul T. Arbuckle and Philip R. Arbuckle their heirs or assigns forever with this exception, that from the share of Philip R. Arbuckle shall be deducted the sum of one thousand dollars in payment for the house and lot in Cherry Hill deeded to him by me. This sum of one thousand dollars to become a part of my estate, and to be divided in equal proportions between my four sons or their heirs as above stated 3. Should either of any of my sons die before myself and he or they, leave no children or child, and the wife or wives, of such son or sons, should survive, then so long as she or they, be the widow or widows, of my son or sons, the rent, income and profits arising from such share or shares as would have belonged to the husband shall be for the sole and separate use of such widow or widows until their marriage or death when the principal shall reveil(?) in equal shares to my legal heirs - For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this contingency I direct that in event of its occurrence that such share or shares be held in trust by a trustee to be appointed under proper Bond by the Circuit Court for Cecil County 4. As soon as practicable after my decease I direct that all of my real estate and personal property shall be sold by my executors at public sale I hereby give my executors full power to make said sale 5. I constitute and appoint my sons Samuel J. Arbuckle, Daniel T. Arbuckle, Paul T. Arbuckle and Philip R. Arbuckle to be the Executors of this my last Will and testament hereby revoking all others by me heretofore made, ratifying this one and none other to be my only Will and testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal on this Second day of March Nineteen hundred and one Mary S Arbuckle Signed Sealed published and declared by Mary S.
