In The Name of God Amen

I Elizabeth Morrison of Fair Hill Cecil County Maryland being of sound and 
disposing mind memory and understanding do make and publish this my last Will 
and testament in manner and form following that is to say that after all my just 
debts and financial expenses are paid, I give and bequeath to Charles E. 
Morrison my son the sum of five hundred dollars.

Item I give and bequeath to my son Napoleon B. Morrison five hundred dollars.

Item I give and bequeath to the said Napoleon B. Morrison the sum of five 
hundred dollars to have and to hold the same in trust for the sole benefit of my 
son David W. Morrison during his natural life. The interest on said amount to be 
paid to the said David W. Morrison semi-annually by the said Napoleon B. 
Morrison trustee as aforesaid. At the death of said David W. 
Morrison I give and bequeath the trust to Charles E. Morrison and Napoleon B. 
Morrison share and share alike.

And lastly I do nominate Napoleon B. Morrison the sole executor of this my last 
will and testament. And I do herby revoke all former wills by me made, and do 
declare this to be my only last will and testament.

In testimony where of I do hereunto set my hand and seal to this my last will 
and testament.

Signed sealed published and declared by Elizabeth Morrison and for her last will 
and testament before us, who in her presence and by her request, and in the 
presence of each other do subscribe our names as witnesses hereto.
