John [Polk] Poak’s Renunciation

I the under named John poak who was appointed one of the Executors over the 
Estate of the late deces-t. Joseph barns who was my father in law do here 
declare that I Refuse it and that I am willing that the widow who was appointed 
the other Executor do proceed acording as the will dericts given under my hand 
this 27 day of august 1753.
