All Rights Reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/md/mdfiles.htm ********************************************************* In the Name of God, Amen, I Robert Quein of Cecil County State of Maryland, being of sound and disposing mind, memory, and understanding, considering the certainty of death, and the uncertainty of the time thereof, and being desirous to settle my wordly affairs and thereby be the better prepared to leave this world when it shall please God, to call hence, do therefor make and publish this my last Will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say, First and Principally, I commit my soul into the hands of Almighty God, and my body to the earth, to be decently buried, at the discretion of my executor, herin after named, and after my funeral expences are paid, and suitable tomb stones are placed at my grave, I bequeath as follows, Item, I give and bequeath unto my son John W. Quein the one fourth of my Estate. Item, I give and bequeath unto my son Amos A. Quein the one fourth of my Estate. Item, I give and bequeath unto my daughter Anna L. Biles wife of George W. Biles the one fourth of my Estate, share and share alike. Item, I give and bequeath unto my three grand children Lillie S. Steward(t), Nivin E. Steward(t) and Anna B. Steward(t), children of my deceased daughter Mary Steward(t), who was the wife of Samuel D. Steward(t), the one fourth of my Estate, to be equally divided among the three, share and share alike, and if in case of the death of any one of these grand children the share to go to the survivors, And in case of any of my children bringing in any bill for (bourding?) against my Estate the same shall be taken out of their legacy. And lastly, I do hereby constitute and appoint my son John W. Quein to be sole Executor of this my last Will and testament revoking and anulling all former Wills, by me heretofore made, ratifying and confirming this and none other to be my last Will and testament.
