Elizabeth Canter Final Account 1800
Abstracts of Accounts

Final Account August Term 1800;

     The Account of Elijah Canter Administrator of Elizabeth Canter late of 
Charles Count deceased.
Of money paid Elizabeth Lyon hire two boys for the year 1797.
Of a balance due the Estate of William Canter as for first account Liber folio 
for which the deceased is liable.

Richard Parker  -  
James Lyon   -    Sureties 

Representatives, three sons of the deceased, to wit, Richard Canter, Zachariah 
Canter and Elijah Canter.

     At the foot of the foregoing account was this written --
Charles County Sct. July 12th, 1800 then came Elijah Canter the accountant 
within mentioned and made oath on the holy Evangels of Almighty God that the 
foregoing account as it stands stated is just and true and that he hath actually 
and bond fide paid or secured to be paid the particular sums for which he claims 
an allowance which thereupon after due examination is passed -

     The account of Elizabeth Canter the first Administrator of William Canter 
late of Charles County deceased passed by Elijah Canter the Administrator De 
bonis non.

Henry Lyon, John Lyon - Sureties 

On the back of the foregoing account was this endorsed to wit -
Charles County Sct. July 12th, 1800 it appears by the vouchers and other papers 
exhibited before the Register by Elijah Canter Administrator De bonis non of 
William Canter late of Charles County deceased that the within is a Just and 
true account of and upon the administration of the said deceased by Elizabeth 
Canter the first Administratrix up to the time of the said Administrators death

     The additional and Final account of Elijah Canter Administrator De bonis 
non of William Canter late of Charles County deceased.

James Lyon, Nathan Lyon - Sureties 

Representatives, the widow and 3 sons of the deceased Richard Canter, Zachariah 
Canter and Elijah Canter, all of age.

     On the back of the foregoing account was this written to wit -
Charles County Sct. July 12th, 1800, then came Elijah Canter the accountant
