In consideration of the sum of 5 shillings and for various and many good causes, all her right, title, estate, property claim, etc., to two undivided third parts of the military lands or county land, situated either on the south easterly or northwestern side of the Ohio River, to which the late Philip Richard Francis Lee, of the Virginia Line Troops on Continental establishment was entitled as an officer in the American Army, either by the laws of the United States or of the State of Virginia relative to military or county lands.
