H. WINTER (second wife) to WM. P. GOLDING, of Charles County, Md., for $1,100.00 A tract of land in Charles County, Md., on the waters of Birdits Creek, known as a part of "Effton Hills," tract of land adjoining lands now owned by the late Alexander Gray and the said Wm. P. Golding, containing about 270 acres, which land the said Catherine T. H. inherited as the only heir of Richard H.
