Then came Hezekiah Davis the accountant above mentioned and made oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that the above account as it stands stated is just and true and that he hath actually and bona fide paid or secured to be paid the particular sums for which he claims an allowance which thereupon after due examination is passed.
