WILL OF ELIZABETH HAGAN In the name of God Amen I Elizabeth Hagan of Charles County in the province of Maryland being infirm of body but of sound and perfect memory do make this my Last Will and Testament as follows... INPRIMIS I give my soul to God who gave it me my body to the earth after my departure to be decently buried at the charge of my estate and discretion of my executor hereafter named.... ITEM I will that my just debts and funeral charges be first paid.... ITEM I give and bequeath unto my loving grandson James Blanford one feather bed and furniture and one dish and six pewter plates.... ITEM I give and bequeath unto the widow Elizabeth Jones two barrels of corn or the value of the said corn.... ITEM I give and bequeath unto Monica Carrico the wife of John Carrico one yew and lamb.... ITEM I leave ten shillings to be giving for the use of the chappel... ITEM I give and bequeath unto my loving granddaughter Monica Hagan all the remaining part of my personal estate.... ITEM I nominate constitute and ordain my loving grandson in law Benjamin Hagan whole and sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
