I ELIZABETH TURNER of Charles County in the State of Maryland being sick and weak in body, but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding, considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time herbyand being desirous to settle my worldly affairs and thereby be the better prepared to leave this world when it shall please God to call one hence, do therefore make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say: First and principally I commit my soul into the hands of Almighty God and my body to the earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my executor herein after named and after my debts and funeral charges are paid I devise and bequeath as follows: Item. I give an bequeath unto my brother EDWARD TURNER of Charles County the money of which I may possess and also all the money and debts due at the time of my death. Item: I give and devise unto my Sister, HENRIETTA TURNER of Charles county, one negro woman named Henrietta and one negro girl named Ann and their increase to the the said HENRIETTA TURNER and her heirs and assigns forever. Item: I give and bequeath unto THOMAS P. TURNER of Charles County one negro named Elo? and one plank chest to him the said THOMAS P. TURNER and his heirs and assign forever. Item: I give and bequeath to WILLIAM B. TURNER of Charles County one bed and bedstead and furniture to him the said WILLIAM B. TURNER his heirs and assigns forever. And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint THOMAS P. TURNER to be the sole executor of this my last will and testament revoking and annulling all former wills by me.
