        The Last Will and Testament of Thomas Hargece of Charles County
made the twenty second day of January in the year of our Lord one 
Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen Being sick of Body but of good 
and perfect remembrance Thanks to Almighty God Doe ordaine this my 
last Will and Testament in manner and forme as followeth. viz.

Item - I give and bequeath unto my beloved sons Thomas Hargece, Wm.
Hargece Francis Hargece & Abraham Hargece all that Messuage or Tract 
of Land called Hargeces hope to them and the heires of their Body 
Lawfully begotten for ever to be equally divided between them.

Lastly I doe hereby revoake and call back all former Wills Executors and
bequests and do appoint these presents to stand in force for and as my 
Last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have to this my Last Will 
sett my hand and seale the day and year above written.

Came William Williams Timothy Carrington John Williams and John Marten
witnesses hereunto attesting and Deposed on the Holy Evangelist of 
Almighty God that they saw and heard the within named Thomas Hargece 
Publish & Declare the matter herein contained to be his last Will
