 I William Hargis doe heare leave & bequeath all my goods & chattles
Lands or Living or whatsoever to my wife Ann Hargis only one young 
sow to my son Jno. Draper one young mare to my son Roger Hargis & one 
English shilling to my son William Hargis - as witness
my hand & seale this 19th day of November 1685.

Came before me ye 16th day of March 1685.  Jno. Draper & Elizabeth
Huskole & made oath ye they saw ye deceased William Hargis Seale 
Signe & deliver this as his last Will & Testament -   
                          Sworne by me        Wm. Barton

The 19th of March 1685 came before me Oliver Rochefort & made oath ye he
saw ye deceased Wm. Hargis Seale Signe & deliver this as his last Will &
Testament.  
                          Sworne by me.       Wm. Barton
