Whereas I have purchased all the right, title and interest of the several --- at law of my late father Rezin Harben in and to the ? farm hereinafter mentioned excepting that of my sister Margaret Harbin and also of my niece Kate Queen and nephews Joseph and William Queen, each of the 3 amounting to $33.62 with interest and whereas also I am indebted to the said Margaret Harbin in the sum of $168 with interest for monies lent by her and paid on the purchase of the right title and interest of Thomas Stewart and of Mary Harbin and the total due to her being $408, now therefore I give ... to my sister Margaret ...known as Harbin's Farm situated next to Langleys and now in my possession, containing 137 acres ... also all my personal property consisting of one Negro called - --, 2 horses, l ox cart, my cows, hogs, bed and bedding stock, produce from the farm ... that Margaret continue to reside on the farm and take care of my niece Kate and nephews Joseph and William until they have reached maturity".
