WILL OF MAGDALEN HAGAN In the name of God Amen. I Magdalen Hagan being sick in body but of sound and perfect memory do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament first revoking and making void all other will or wills by me heretofore made and do acknowledge this to be my Last Will and Testament as followeth.... First I give and bequeath unto my loving sons Bennet Hagan and Lenord Hagan one negro boy called Jerry. Also I give my loving son Lenord Hagan one feather bed and furniture and one cow and calf... Secondly I give and bequeath unto my daughters Charity Beavan and Rebecca Montgomery one negro girl called Bes. Also I give my loving daughter Charity Beavan one feather bed and furniture and my side saddle and one cow and calf.... Thirdly I give and bequeath unto my children above mentioned all the remainder of part of my estate to be equally divided between Bennet Hagan, Lenord Hagan, Charity Beavan, and Rebecca Montgomery.... Lastly Nominate and appoint my loving sons Bennet Hagan an Lenord Hagan to be whole and sole executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
