                   JAMES MIDDLETON, OF CHARLES COUNTY.

  Son, James Middleton, the manor land that joins on the west side of the
land I gave him by deed.
  Son, Ignatius Middleton,
  Wife, Sarah, the use during her life of all my household goods.
  Daughter, Martha Middleton,
  Wife, Sarah, at her death or marriage, what I have left her to be divided
between my children, viz:
  Sons Smith Middleton, James Middleton, Ignatius Middleton, and daughters
Mary Hawkins, Sarah Jenkins, Charity Davis and Martha Middleton.
  Daughter, Martha Middleton, all the remainder of my manor land.
