RAMSAY (dau. John Ramsay ca. 1760-1821) I Ann E. RAMSEY of Charles County in the State of Maryland, being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding, d make this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other Wills, Codicils and Testaments heretofore made by me after all my just debts and funeral expenses are paid. I devise & bequeath all my property as follows. Item 1. I devise to my neice Ann Eliza MACRA on fourth interest in my farm called "Crab Grass" to have and to hold the same to her sole and separate use. Item 2. I devise to my nephew William PAGE one fourth of my farm Crab Grass to him and his heirs forever. Item 3. I devise to nephew Elias Harrison PAGE one fourth interest in my said farm Crab Grass to him and his heirs forever. Item 4. I devise the remaining one fourth interest in any said farm called Crab grass to my said nephew Elias Harrison PAGE, and to his heirs, executors administrators and assigns in trust---theless for the benefit of my two grand neices Sarah Ann CLAGETT and Mary Ramsay Page CLAGETT, children of my deceased neice Mary Clarisa CLAGETT to hold said property in trust as aforesaid until my said grand neices shall have arrived at the age of twenty one years, then to surrender said property to them or to the survivor of either of them, but in case either of my said grand neices should die before arriving at the age of twenty one years laving a child or children, then it is my will and devise that the Child or Children of said deceased grand neice shall take the same interest in said property her mother would have taken had she been living. And in case of the death of both of my said grand neices before they arrive at the age of twenty one years leaving no child or children then and that event I devise said interest in said real property, to my neice Ann Eliza MACREA, And my nephews William PAGE and Elias Harrison PAGE to them and their heirs forever in equal proportions share and share alike And whereas I the said Ann E. RAMSEY as one of the heirs at law of John RAMSEY of Alexandria Virginia deceased, and entitled to an interest in a claim against the United States Government arising under what is known as the French Spoilation Bill, and desiring to dispose of the same should anything be recovered on said Claim I hereby devise and bequeath the same as follows, that is to say, I devise and bequeath to my said neice Ann Eliza MACREA and my nephews William PAGE and Elias Harrison PAGE three fourths interest in said Spoilation claim share and share alike in said three fourths. And I devise and bequeath he remaining one fourth interest in said Spoilation claim to my nephew Elias Harrison PAGE, to hold in trust for the benefit of any before named grand neices Sarah Ann CLAGETT and Mary Ramsey Page CLAGETT according to the provisions of the trust herein before devised. With like survivorship, and remainders in case of the death of either or both of my said grand neices. Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named Ann E. RAMSEY as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us, who, at her request and in her presence, and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto. RAMSEY late of Charles County deceased, and made oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God, that they did see the testatrix therein named sign and seal this will, that they heard her pronounce and declare the same to be her last will and testament and that at the time of her so doing she was to the best of their apprehension of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding an that they together with F.
