Will of Rezin Harbin

I, Rezin Harben of Charles County, being infirm of body
but of sound & disposing mind, .. direct that my whole
property, real and personal, shall be held together and
remain as at present for the use and support of all my
family including my orphaned grandchildren under the
control and sole management of my executor hereinafter
named for the space of 3 years and after that time my
said executor shall call on 2 disinterested neighbors
to appraise and make an equal distribution of said
property among my children, my orphaned grandchildren
to have the portion of their deceased mother.
Should my wife be living at the expiration of 3 years
from my death, it is my will and I direct that before
any division be made there shall be retained by my
executor a sufficiency for her decent support to be
adjudged and allotted by the 2 called on to divide the
whole." Son John Jesse appointed sole executor -
