Son Anthony Seems, that plantation whereon Thos. Higdon now lives. Son Marmaduke Seems, my "New Design," which I am now a settling. Son James Seems, the plantation whereon I now dwell. Three sons aforesaid to "divide the land by me left in such equal pro portion so as each shall have a part so far forth as the same can be divided." Three sons aforesaid 50 A. land in Zachia Swamp called "Seems Chance" for support of timber in equal division. Cuzen Ann Cooksey 59 acres of land, being part of "St. Georges" already laid out, she paying 6 shilling sterling and three shilling currency to her and her heirs forever.
