Daughter, Mary Semmes,

Daughter, Dorothy Semmes, -       .

Executrix: My wife, Mary Semmes.

Witnesses: Sarah Doyne, Roger Smith, John B. Wills.

                  Will dated March 21, 1764.

        Proved March 31, 1764, all three witnesses.


N. B.-The heir, being a minor, was not present at the probate.

    NOTE: The family record book in possession now (1913) of his
descendant, Mrs. Griffith of Washington, D. C., shows that this testator
had several children not mentioned in his will.-T. R. Semmes.
