I William L SHEIRBUN of Charles County in the State of Maryland being sick and weak of body but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof and being desirous to settle my worldly affairs and thereby be the better prepared to leave this world when it shall please God to call me hence do therefore make and publish my last will and testament in manner and following that is to Say- First and principally I commit my soul into the hands of Almighty God and my body to the earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executive hereinafter named and after my funeral expenses are paid and my wife's third taken out. I give and bequeath as follows. I give and bequeath unto Mary M SHEIRBUN-Edmund L. SHEIRBUN-Ellowise Y. SHEIRBUN and Joseph F. SHEIRBUN, Share and Share alike all moneys or other property which I now have and posess or my hereafter have or acquire by reason of any distribution to me as lawful heir in the estate of the late Joseph A SHEIRBUN now in process of settlement Item. I give and bequeath unto William SHEIRBUN, my son, the sum of fifty dollars, And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my wife Eliza A SHEIRBUN [Ann Elizabeth DARNALL] to be sole Executrix of this my last Will and testament. SHEIRBUN of Charles County in the State of Maryland have made my last will and testament in writing bearing date the ninth day of May Eighteen hundred and Eighty-three Now therefore I do by this writing which I hereby declare to be a codicil to my said last will and testament and to be taken as a part thereof order and declare that my will is that I give and bequeath unto Eliza A. SHEIRBUN, my wife, on horse one cow, and one Spring Waggon, and lastly it is my desire that this codicil be annexed to and made a part of my last will and testament as aforsaid to all intents and purposes.
