I William SHEIRBURN being of sound and perfect mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this mortal life do make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form following to with I give and bequeath to my brother Joseph SHEIRBURN all my personal Estate, Goods and Chattels of what kind and nature soever to hold to him the said Joseph SHEIRBURN his Heirs and Assigns forever and I do hereby appoint and constitute the said Joseph SHEIRBURN sole Executor of this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale this twenty third day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty three. Then came Joseph SHEIRBURN Executor of William SHEIRBURN late of Charles County deceased and made oaths on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that the afore-going instrument of writing is the true and whole last will and testament of the said deceased that hath come to his hands on possesion and that he doth not know of any other. Humphrey BARNES Reg'r of wills Charles County Sct. August 20th 1824 then came Josias H. HAWKINS one of the subscribing witnesses to the aforegoing last will and Testament of Joseph SHEIRBURN late of Charles County deceased and made oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that he together did see the Testator therein named sign and seal the will and that he heard him publish pronounce and declare the same to be his last will and Testament that at the time of his so doing he was to the best of his apprehension of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding and that he together then with --blank-- the other subscribing witness respectively subscribed their names as witnesses to this will in the presence and at the request of the Testator, in the presence of each other **SEAL** Humphrey BARNES Reg'r of wills
