Wife, Ann Smith, Son, Henry Smith, Granddaughter, Ann Smith, daughter of my son Henry, Granddaughter, Eleanor Wharton Smith, daughter of my son Henry, Daughter, Dorothy Smith, Trustees: My friend, Henry Digges, of Charles County, and my son, Henry Smith, and their successors, to look after my leases of land in Cornwallis Neck, one tract 100 acres leased by John Pye, deceased. Leonard Smith, and by him assigned to me, the other tract Ieased by said John Pye. Wife, Ann Smith, and daughter, Dorothy Smith, during their lives, two tracts land on road to Bryantown, one 75 acres and the other 90 acres, and after wife's death to go to Dorothy. Cousin, Benjamin Smith, my part of two tracts of 20 or 30 acres taken up jointly with him and adjoining land sold by Wm. Digges and others to Chas. Green. Item.-130 acres, part of "Providence," in Prince George's County, Md., I bought of Thos. Bowling to be sold, and proceeds applied to debts and supporting family this year. Son, Henry Smith, all my right to lands near Portobacco, in Charles County, Md., being part of "Chandlers Hills" and part of "Welcome," devised by my deceased brother, Roger Smith, to his wife Henrietta, and which I now possess by assignment from Ignatius Wheeler to a certain Jere. Aderton. Wife, Ann Smith, son, Henry Smith, daughter, Dorothy Smith, Deceased brother, Roger Smith, after the death of the said Henrietta Wheeler, Extrs.: My wife, Ann Smith, my son, Henry Smith, and my daughter, Dorothy Smith, the residue for equal division.
