OF MARYLAND. I give and bequeath unto the Vestry of Trinity Parish Charles county Maryland to be paid to them by my executor in the manner hereafter provided on the first day of January Eighteen hundred and forty nine the sum of one hundred and sixty six dollars and sixty seven cents, the same to be ------in the vestry at an interest of six percent per annum for the purpose of ------------(unable to read the rest of sentence.) Item: I give and bequeath unto my nephew WILLIAM B. TURNER, the son of AQUILLA TURNER my interest at the death of his sister, negro man GEORGE--- Item: I give and bequeath unto JOHN R. TURNER one bed and furniture which I have at his house. Item: I give and bequeath unto THOMAS P. TURNER one bed ---------?land and forever there now at his house, also negro boy, JOHN with the promise that JOHN shall live with THOMAS P. TURNER for three years from the first day of January Eighteen hundred an forty seven for the purpose of aiding in paying my funeral expenses and the legacy to the church. I then Will that the said boy JOHN shall from the first of January Eighteen hundrd and fifty be hired out by the said THOMAS P. TURNER for ten years, which ten years hire, the said THOMAS P. TURNER shall pay unto JOHN P. TURNER after----any expense he may have incured from sickness or other cases that he may incured in the management of the said boy JOHN..And from the first day of January eighteen hundred and sixty, I Will that the said boy JOHN shall be the property of THOMAS P. TURNER forever. I also give unto THOMAS P. TURNER any and all money due me at the time of my death. I also Will that the said THOMAS P. TURNER shall at the time of my death pay out of said moneys due me and by this my last Will and Testament Willed unto him my legacy to the church funeral expenses. Item: I give and bequeath unto SUSAN E. LATIMER negro girl MARY, during the natural life of the said SUSAN E. LATIMER, and after her death I will negro girl MARY unto THOMAS TURNER LATIMER her son and should MARY have any Increase from her body before the death of SUSAN E. LATIMER I Will that any increase be equally divided between SUSAN E. LATIMER three children herein named THOMAS P. LATIMER, JAMES B. LATIMER AND ALICE VIRGINIA LATIMER, and lastly I do here by constitute and appoint THOMAS P.
