I commit my soul unto the hands of almighty God who gave to me hoping for salvation through the merits and interception of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, my body to the earth to be decently interned at the discretion of my Executor herein after Named. Item. Having heretofore, conveyed to ----whole of my property real personal and mixed. I hereby affirm and confirm the same as far as may be necessary to give -thereto if any such act should be conceived necessary and proper to be done in anyevent or under any circumstances. Item. As to any or all the property of which I may desire or in any manner -----I give bequeath and devise the same to my four children their heirs and to be equally divided amongst them to my daughter SUSAN E. BRAWNER and my sons JOHN R.TURNER, THOMAS PHILIP TURNER AND FRANKLIN P. TURNER. Lastly I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my brothers,THOMAS TURNER and AQUILLA TURNER, executors of this my last will and testament and give and bequeath to them or the survivor of them the use care management and guardianship of my children during their minority. In witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this twelfth day of July, Eighteen hundred and thirty one. THOMAS TURNER (SEAL) declared THOMAS TURNER the testator within mentioned as and for his last will and testament subscribing witness who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have severally subscribed our names hereto PHILIP KING EDWARD MILES BENJAMIN STONESTREET Codicil to the foregoing last will and testament of THOMAS TURNER Having omitted above to give to my Executors my wearing apparel as I had designed to do, I hereby declare such to be my will and desire and do hereby give and bequeath all my wearing apparel to my said brothers EDWARD TURNER AND AQUILLA TURNER or the survivors of them at my death hereby ratifying and confirming my will----and other particular----in testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed my seal this twelve day of July 1831 Test: H.
