Proved June 11, 1799, Charles Countt, Md. N. B.-This will ends here and was neither dated nor signed, but the Court examined the following witnesses on June 11, 1799, to wit: Theophilus Hanson, who wrote the will, gave his age as about 56 years; Mary Wheeler, who had heard testator acknowledge it as his will; Richard Wheeler, William Thompson, Thomas Thompson and Mrs. Thompson, his wife, and Benjamin B.
