WILL OF WILLIAM HAGAN JR.
    
    

In the name of God Amen, I Willaim Hagan Junior of Charles County
and province of Maryland being sick and weak of body but of sound
and perfect memory thanks be to God do make ordain and appoint this
to be my Last Will And Testament in manner and form following...
INPRIMIS  I give and bequeath my soul to Almighty God my heavenly
father trusting that through the merits of Jesus Christ it will be
acceptable at the last day and my body to the Earth to be buried in
a Christian manner as my executrix hereafter named shall think fit
and as for my worldly estate which God has been pleased to bless me
with I dispose of as followeth...
ITEM  I give and bequeath to my son James Hagan one hundred and fifty
acres of land joining upon his brother Edward at Zachia and one negro
boy named Jess to him his heirs and assigns forever....
ITEM  I give and bequeath unto my son Henry Hagan one hundred and
fifty acres of land joining upon Ignatius Hagan's land at Zachia and
one negro boy named Clem to him and his heirs and assigns forever
and in case the said Henry should die I bequeath the land and negro
to my son James his heirs and assigns forever....
ITEM  I give and bequeath unto my daughter Martha Hagan two negro
girls the one named Cate the other Henneye....
ITEM  I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Hagan one negro
girl named Cloe and one negro boy named Peter to her and her heirs
forever....
ITEM  I give and bequeath unto my son Edward Hagan one nebe equally
divided amongst the said children.
ITEM  I nominate, constitute and ordain my loving son Bazel Hagan
whole and sole executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
I ordain that this Will be my Last Will and Testament. In witness
whereof I have set my hand and affixed my seal this the 9th day of
October 1758.
