Abstract:

Deed recorded 31 October 1826, indenture made 17 October 1826.

From Minos CONNOWAY, Sr. to Levin PAYNE for the sum of $34, all that part of 
Hog Pen Landing, Payne’s Purchase, and Payne’s Discovery which Minos CONNOWAY 
bought from James PAYNE.

Witnessed by Joseph EVITT and Daniel CANNON

Sarah CONNOWAY, wife of Minos CONNOWAY appeared and was examined separately 
from her husband.
